 HRD Manager

(Cirebon – Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection specially for Retail Fashion
• Remuneration & Benefit
• Organizational Development
• Training & Development
• General Affairs

Requirements:

• Female age max 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree majoring in psychology with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
• Retail experience is preferable
• Min 2 years experience in similar position.
• Experience in HR function such as Training & People Development, Jamsostek, Benefit & Copensation, Job Analysis & Evaluations and understanding in GA (general affairs) matters.
• Strong Leadership, good interpersonal skill & positive attitude.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Proficienty in written and spoken English
• Willing to work at Cirebon-Jawa Barat
